SUMMARY:Gravestone Cleaning Workshop
DESCRIPTION:By Marianne Greenfield \nLearn to safely clean the surface of gravestones while preserving history at a workshop Saturday\, July 20 at the Meredith Cemetery behind the Baptist Church. The workshop\, led by Marianne Greenfield\, proprietor of Gravestone Cleaning Service of Delhi\, will run from 10 a.m. to noon. Participants will be guided in the use of gravestone cleaning techniques and the biodegradable and non-toxic cleaning product D/2\, which is used and recommended by the National Park Service. \nSpace is limited so registration is necessary. Please call Cathy Johnson at 607-267-2708 or Cynthia Waterman at 607 746 8083 before July 12th to make a reservation. Attendees should bring a new bucket and dish brush with nylon or plastic bristles. Rain date: July 27th. \n
