The society has a growing collection of documents, photographs, maps, and other historic artifacts that are stored in our archive. To date more than 4,000 objects have been cataloged. Read more about our collection and how you can have access to it.
Donate to the Collection
We strongly encourage you to donate items such as photos, diaries, journals, documents, memorabilia, small tools, household items, and other artifacts to our collection; however, items contributed must be related to the town of Meredith and storage space for large objects is limited. Research / Genealogy
Our computerized data base contains many searchable records including obituaries, tax records, school records, and newspaper articles as well as census, cemetery, and civil war military records. Read more about how you can use it for historical or genealogical research.
